POP-ular Painting
Although I frequently call my style POPular, I'm untouched by fashion and trends, our uniformed world and collective thinking. I wish to express something revolutionary and new with my paintings, I don't toe the line and don't drift with the current, but rather swim against it despite drawbacks! I stand for my opinion and insist on imagination, originality and arts.
My colours reflect the shocking effects of pop-art that draw the attention immediately to the image. These are powerful, agressive and provocative colours that can't be ignored, in which cartoon, Far-East, emotions, and idea blend together, therefore everyone can pick the value that seems the most familiar.
Originality sooner or later becomes popular and enjoyable by the public, but artists should aim at creating brand new things and work ahead of age. The world is continually changing, and through my painting one is able to sense the trends that are to come.
