Spiritual Paintings
The Far-East fills me with an energy that nurtures my new ideas and vision, my emotions. I create deep thoughts and feelings with the help of mystical figures and signs in this heavenly-spiritual world of the Balinese-Hindu religion. Many of us only dream about mysterious places but to me all these are reality, just as the Balinese think that they spend their everyday life in a heaven embodied.
In this harmony my emotional and artistic universe is opening up more and more to profound spiritual meanings, symbols and feelings. The world around us is revolting, it's hard to compose ourselves and clarify our ideas. I've been illuminated here in Bali, so I'm able to focus more on the deeper feelings and values that constitute my most recent works.
